I taught Geometry, Honors Geometry and Algebra 2 for seven years in Plano ISD. I know what these classes expect, how the tests are written, and where students usually get stuck. Let's find the gap and fix it.
Middle school through early college. Not sure your class is on the list? Ask. If it's math, I can almost certainly help.

Sessions line up with upcoming quizzes, unit tests and finals, so the work pays off on the next grade.
After every session, parents get a short note: what we covered, what clicked, and what to practice before next time.
Same rate for every subject. The first conversation is always free.

I spent seven years teaching high school math in Plano ISD: Geometry, Honors Geometry and Algebra 2. I also spent two and a half years tutoring college students at the BYU‑Idaho Math Study Center, so I've helped everyone from freshmen to college students in their first statistics course.
When a student is struggling, the problem is rarely today's lesson. Usually it's one skill from a year or two back that never quite set. My job is to find that gap, fix it, and build the habits that keep grades up after we're done.
I'm patient, I explain things more than one way, and I'll tell you honestly how your student is doing.
We meet on a video call with a shared digital whiteboard, so we can both write on the same problems. Your student just needs a laptop or tablet. Phones work in a pinch.

I taught in Plano ISD, and Collin County districts follow the same Texas standards (TEKS). Send me the syllabus or a recent test and I'll match what the teacher is doing.
Once a week works for most students. Twice a week makes sense before a big test or when a grade needs to come up quickly. We'll decide together after the consult.
Pay before each session, or prepay an 8-session pack, by Zelle, Venmo or card. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
